This website is operated by NibbleNest ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits our store or buys from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States only.
2. Products
We do our best to show product colors, images and descriptions accurately, but colors can look different from screen to screen and we can't guarantee that every detail displayed on your device will be exact. Product images may include illustrations of the design.
BunnyGrip is a baby teether. Always follow the age guidance, care and cleaning instructions supplied with the product, inspect it before every use, stop using it if it shows any sign of damage or wear, and always supervise your child while they use it.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Bundle prices apply to the bundle selected at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, our 90-day money back guarantee and free package protection are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and designs, belongs to NibbleNest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold NibbleNest harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the US state where you live.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to any order placed while it is posted. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
