Where we ship

NibbleNest ships to addresses within the United States only. We're unable to ship to addresses outside the United States at this time.

Shipping rates

Method	Cost
Standard Shipping	$7.99 USD flat rate per order

The same flat rate applies no matter which bundle you choose. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods, holidays or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

Every order includes free package protection. If your parcel is lost or stolen in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
